Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein under the Sec 11 of the Contempt of Court 1971 for the willful disobedience to the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2882 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the willful disobedience of the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2882 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021.

2.Ms.K.Kalai Selvi, Inspector of Police, Kalpakkam Circle is present before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court today.

3.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram against the sole accused for the offences under Sections 279, 338 and 304(A) of IPC. The learned Government Counsel submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file.

4.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram to act upon the final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This contempt petition is disposed of with the above direction.
