This application has been filed seeking leave to the plaintiffs to institute this suit under Section 92 (1)(f) of code of civil procedure, before this Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs, the property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. Earlier, the plaintiffs were granted permission to develop the property. But the agreement in that regard stood frustrated. Now, this suit has been filed seeking permission to sell the suit property.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs and considering the averments made in this application as well as the plaint, leave is granted. Registry to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
