C.M.P. No.25169 of 2024 in C.M.A. (PT) SR. No.38738 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 359 days in representing in C.M.A. (PT) SR. No.38738 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown. Ms.S.P.Arthi, learned standing counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.S.P.Arthi learned standing counsel as counsel for the respondent in the cause list and number the said appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
