This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing Criminal Revision petition as against the order dated 04.11.2024 made in CMP No.2300 of 2024 in un-numbered STC of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
