ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.07.2021 pursuant to the order dated 16.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.321 of 2023 on the
file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram and proceed in accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as per the direction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, in Crl.M.P.No.321 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023, the First Information Report in Cr.No.322 of 2023 was registered by the respondent for the offences under Section 143, 294 (b), 447, 427 & 506 (i) I.P.C.
3.In view of registration of First Information Report, this Criminal Original Petition become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
