This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, which has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 826 days in payment of deficit Court fees of Rs.8,000/- in the main appeal.

2.There is a delay on account of the fact that due to the constitution of IP Division of this Court, there became a necessity for the petitioner to pay the deficit Court Fees of Rs.8,000/-.

3.Since sufficient cause has been shown for allowing this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission by printing the name of Mr.N.Karthikeyan as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent in the next hearing.
