J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6663 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6440 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
