This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 7 in the second appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
