This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9410 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. This Court by order dated 04.05.2023 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by imposing the condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirupathur.

3. It is stated by the petitioner that the learned Magistrate is seeking document surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and the petitioner is unable to furnish document surety.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request to modify the condition to enable the petitioner to furnish one blood surety.

5. In view of the reasons assigned by the petitioner and also by taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is not in a position to furnish document surety, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9410 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is modified that the petitioner shall furnish one blood surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

6. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of this order to surrender and execute the surety as ordered by this Court.
