Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ to call for the entire records relating to the Proceeding in Form III dated 12-01-2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to release the vehicle bearing TN-61-B 3510 of the petitioner herein kept under seal and lock by the 2nd respondent herein and further direct the 1st respondent herein to order an enquiry under S.39 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 in regard to the vexations proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein initiated by seizing the vehicle of the petitioner herein with goods and detaining the same months together.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate Court for release of the vehicle. As against the seizure order, he is also entitled to approach the appellate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
