O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1100 of 2012, under Sections 415, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 462, 464, 467, 474, 503 of IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No. 1100 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
