This petition has been filed to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2014, investigate the same and file final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2014. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now.
