Basing reliance on the Settlement Deed dated 16.02.2012 said to have been executed in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner made two representations on 15.06.2015 and 16.09.2015 seeking issuance of patta for the property in Old Survey No.83/2, New Survey No.59/7 in Lakshminarayanapuram Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District. Seeking appropriate orders on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and 16.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
