The present Application has been filed to implead the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein as defendants 2 and 3 in the suit.

2. Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.2316 of 2025 in C.S.No.291 of 2021 is ordered as prayed for.
