These petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.14 of 2014, pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore and proceedings in D.V.A.No.32 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-2, Coimbatore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already trial has already been commenced in both the cases and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

P.W.1 to P.W.4 have been examined.

3.In view of the above submission, at this stage, the petitions to quash the proceedings cannot be entertained. Therefore, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.

4. However, considering that the cases are pending from the year 2013 and 2014 onwards, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
