ORDER

The petitioner is stated to be the paternal uncle of one Ravi. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said Ravi is said to have been taken into custody by the 3rd respondent herein on 08.10.2014 and thereafter, his Tractor has also been seized on the allegation of illegal transport of sand.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, without any material, the petitioner's uncle Ravi was taken to illegal custody and the vehicle viz., tractor is parked in Ogenakkal Police Station and the case filed against the said Ravi is a foisted case. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.10.2014 to the first and second respondents. However, the 1st and 2nd respondents have not conducted any enquiry on the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.10.2014. Aggrieved by the same, the present criminal original petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2014 and hold an enquiry on and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
