This is a petition to condone the delay of 567 days in re-presenting the writ appeal.

Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this civil miscellaneous petition, considering the huge delay of 567 days in re-presenting the writ appeal, the said delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition shall stand ordered.
