ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of EP. No. 7 of 2016 in HRCOP. No.1 of 2002 by ordering in delivery of vacant possession of the schedule premises to the petitioner without further delay. 2.The petitioner herein is the landlord, aged about 94 years now. He obtained an order of eviction in the Original Petition and to execute the same, he has filed Execution Petition in EP. No.7 of 2016. For the reasons unknown, the learned Principal District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai is keeping the mater pending for more than 4 years.

3.Without prejudice to the contentions of both the parties, there shall be an order of directing the Execution Court - Principal District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai to complete the execution proceedings filed by the Execution Petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

handing over the possession of the property within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With these observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
