2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners. Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
