This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr. No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the Station House Officer, PCR Cell Police Station, Puducherry. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor, Puducherry appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the Special Court on 19.01.2019 and it is yet to be taken on file.
