On 04.10.2024, this Court, by consent of both the parties, has passed an order permitting the applicant/father to visit his children on 20.10.2024 and 27.10.2024 between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m., at Oxyzone, Sowripalayam, Masakalipalayam Road, Coimbatore. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties reported that the said direction of this Court has been complied satisfactorily by both the parties. It is also stated that the O.P.No.355 of 2024 is transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore, to be tried along with the divorce petition pending between the parties.

Recording the same, these Applications are closed without prejudice to the parties to revive the relief before the Family Court, Coimbatore.
