This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of proceedings in S.C.No.71 of 2008, pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Tindivanam. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that all the witnesses have been examined in this case and now it is at the stage of examination of the Investigating Officer.

3. The trial is almost over in this case and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to transfer the proceedings. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Court, Tindivanam, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
