After the purchase of the land by a Sale Deed dated 04.11.2011, the petitioner has sought for change of patta in his name by way of a representation dated 19.05.2015. Seeking appropriate orders on the same with respect to the property situated in S.No.380/1 and S.No.380/2, Kannandahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
