Field Assistance /2021 dated 19/ 02/ 2021 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner based on the qualification secured by him and promote him as 1/4

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has circulated a letter dated 12.12.2025 to that effect to the Registry of this Court and also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
