This application has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to amend I.P.No.5 of 2013 by insertion of Para 9A and 9B.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In an intra-court appeal, liberty had been granted to the petitioner to carry out the necessary amendments and pursuant to the said liberty, the present amendment application has been made.

4. In view of the liberty granted by the Court in the intra-court appeal, this application stands ordered as prayed for.

5. Necessary amendments shall be carried out in this application.

6. The respondents are granted time for filing a counter on the amended application.
