ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.R.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader along with Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to construct a concrete drainage line for the welfare of the residents in Ward No.1, Mathur to Erode Road, Unjapalayam, Modakurichi, Erode District.

3. In case the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2023 (Page No.28) is pending with the second respondent, then, the second respondent shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance

with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
