This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff against the dismissal of his application seeking appointment of an Advocate 1/4

Commissioner in IA.No.18 of 2013 in OS.No.43 of 2000 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Vanur.

2. Since there was no representation on 20.11.2020, this court has directed the Registry to call for a report from the District Munsif-CumJudicial Magistrate, Vanur. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report from the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vanur. The learned District Munsif by the letter dated 02.12.2020 vide D.No.1952/2020 has stated that the suit in OS.No.43 of 2000 was already disposed of on 27.07.2017 after full trial.

3. Recording the aforesaid facts, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
