Heard Mr.V.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for first respondent and Mr.C.Jagadish, learned counsel for second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2012.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner is a member of the second respondent-Society and several suits have been filed against the second respondentSociety and thereafter, Mr.Justice D.Hariparanthaman (Retired) has been appointed as an Administrator of the second respondentSociety. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum. There is no order as to costs.
