This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 69 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.24450 of 2026.

2.Mr. M. Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents 5 & 6 and learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, submits that they have no objection to this petition to condone the delay being allowed.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, and the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection, the delay of 69 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 24450 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the main case in one week if it is otherwise in order.
