Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2021 for the absorption as Forest Watcher w.e.f from 02.02.1995 the date on which the petitioner immediate junior got absorbed as Forest Watcher.

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2021 for the absorption as Forest Watcher w.e.f from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
02.02.1995 the date on which the petitioner immediate junior got absorbed as Forest Watcher.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by him in this writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. 6.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
