ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in proceedings No.DCS 2(2) 159505/2017 dated 24.04.2018 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service on voluntary retirement scheme by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2019 with all retirement benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to withdraw this Writ Petition on the assurance given by the respondents that the petitioner will be allowed to retire after recovering the loss, if any, caused by him, however subject to the liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition, if the respondents does not honour the agreement to settle the petitioner's claim and allow him to retire on terms.

3. By recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to Page No.2 of 4

the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition if the respondents does not honour the agreement to settle the petitioner's claim and allow him to retire on terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
