Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to take an appropriate action for my complaint dated 14.07.2021, consequently they should submit all their actions report a month at this Hon'ble High Court through Monitor by the respondent No.1.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This public interest litigation has been filed for an action pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner for completion of the acquisition and construction of the road. This Court, while hearing the connected petitions, gave liberty to the petitioners therein to maintain a civil suit for declaration of title and injunction and thus, dismissed the writ petitions and therefore stay order has come to an end.

2. In view of the above, the Government would now proceed further to complete the acquisition process and construction of the road, unless an injunction is granted by the court.
