Crl.MP.No.8338 of 2019 in Crl OP No.27249 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner to report before the respondent on 1st of every month at 10.30 am in Crl MP No.4698 of 2019 in Crl.OP No.27249 of 2018 dated 02.04.2019.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent for enquiry, as and when required.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
