By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.A.Vasanthi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that some miscreants are parking lorries, mini vans and other vehicles in front of the shop and inspite of the repeated complaints to the Police, no action has been taken so far. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to all the respondents. 4.

Since regulating of the parking area is within the purview of the Town Panchayat, the third respondent shall take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint by taking an inspection of the area along with the Police officials and if the complaint is found to be true, necessary action shall be taken within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
