Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth and fifth respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting the Exhibition from 20.08.2013 to 20.10.2013 at VOC Ground, Coimbatore based on his application dated 01.01.2013 and consequently direct them to forward the same to the first and second respondents.

Heard Mr.S.Sivaramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.Sathya Narayana Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the fourth and fifth respondent and perused the records.

2. The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition seeking permission for conducting exhibition from 20.08.2013 to 20.10.2013 at VOC Ground, Coimbatore based on his application dated 01.01.2013.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the prayer sought for the in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
