The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the civil remedy and has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the pleas in the pending suit. It is made clear that after the disposal of the suit, the petitioner can approach the revenue authorities for appropriate orders, in the event of getting favourable order before the Civil Court. No costs.
