Company Application Nos.213 to 230 of 2019 in Company Petition No.223 of 2009 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., These Company Applications have been filed by the applicants to dispense with the production of the original documents and also to condone the delay in filing Form No.69.

2. In the meanwhile, the applicants are directed to appear before the learned Official Liquidator. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to permit all the applicants to inspect the documents and find out the documents to prove their claims. Such inspection shall be done within a period of one month from today. After such inspection, the applicants are at liberty to file a fresh application.

3. With the above direction, these Company Applications are closed.
