ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent, in spite of printing her name in the cause list.
2. The petitioner initiated a proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.235 of 2014 before the Second Additional Family Court, Chennai, invoking Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The respondent filed counter. Thereafter, the matter was not taken up for enquiry. The petitioner is therefore before this Court seeking an order to fix an outer time limit for disposal.
3. The learned Second Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the matrimonial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.235 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31st January 2017.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
