This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.05.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.764 of 2019 on the file of the District-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Valparai, Coimbatore District.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-78-Y-1372 was seized by the police in Crime No.42 of 2019, however, the same has not been produced before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Valparai.

3. The petitioner filed Crl.MP.No.764 of 2019 under Section 451 r/w 457 Cr.P.C., seeking interim custody of the vehicle. The Magistrate, by order dated 14.05.2019, has directed the police to produce the vehicle.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the police have produced the vehicle before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Valparai on 21.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, the Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate orders in Crl.MP.No.764 of 2019. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.
