A.No.2163 of 2020 in A.No.497 of 2018 A.No.2416 of 2020 in A.No.497 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., The above application is filed to raise the prohibitory order dated 19.04.2018 passed in A.No.497 of 2018 in and by which, the Garnishees were prohibited from making the payment upto a limit of Rs.5,41,076/- to the Respondent by withholding his monthly salary of respondent every month to the extent as contemplated under Section 60 of C.P.C.

2. The instant application has been moved by the applicant stating that the respondent has settled his dues to the applicant company.

3. In the light of the above, there is no further necessity for the Garnishees to withhold the salary of the respondent and deposit the same to the credit of the application.

4. Recording the above fact that the parties have settled the disputes, the prohibitory order dated 19.04.2018 passed in A.No.497 of 2018 is here under raised. The applicant shall communicate the order to the Garnishees and request that no further attachment of the salary of the respondent shall be effected.
