CMP.No.19837, 19836 and 19832 of 2021 in AS.No.157 of 2017 K.KALYANASUNDARAM , J.

and V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent herein.

2. It is represented that in the connected appeal in A.S.No.378 of 2018 filed by the respondents 1 to 4 herein, the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent were already brought on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no serious objection for allowing these petitions. Though the respondents 5 to 7 have been served and their names are printed in the cause list, none appears for them.

4. In the light of the above, the delay is condoned. Consequently, all the petitions are allowed.
