2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Mallika, the second respondent-Police called the petitioner for enquiry and after conducting preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the said complaint was closed. Therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
