.. Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2014 within a stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.01.2014.

2. Perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner submitted the said representation to the District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri, stating that in violation of the orders of the Court, his land was grabbed.

3. In respect of such civil disputes, writ Court cannot grant any relief. By merely issuing a direction to consider the representation the petitioner cannot ascertain his civil rights which are all to be adjudicated before the competent Civil Court of law. The relief sought for in the writ petition before the authority is to initiate appropriate action against the officials, who had colluded with some private individuals. All such disputes are to be adjudicated.

4. This being the factum, after this length of time, the relief to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation cannot be granted. However, if any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court of law for redressal of his grievance.

5. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
