ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.3 and 4 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.4.2023 made to the second respondent in person.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submits that the complaint given by the petitioner was inquired in C.No.2267/COP/Visitors/2023 by the Inspector of Police, K11 CMBT Police Station, Koyambedu, Chennai and it was closed on 16.6.2023 since the petitioner did not cooperate for the inquiry.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will cooperate for the inquiry and will appear before the Inspector of Police, K11 CMBT Police Station, Koyambedu, Chennai. 2/4

5. In view of the said submission, the above writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the respondent police to inquire into the complaint after calling both the parties and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
