This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Chennai and report before Triplicane Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, 47 Aacharapakkam Police Station, on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent Police, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
