Mr.Paramasivadass, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the name of the Petitioners in the SDM (Senior Deputy Manager) Promotional Panel List on the basis of their representations dated 13.6.2016.
2. The learned standing counsel for the Respondents, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
instructions, would contend that since SLP is pending before the Honourable Supreme Court and the Respondents are only drawing the list and they are not going to take any action in the list and they are also not going to publish it. In view of the said statement of the learned standing counsel for the Respondents, these Writ Petitions are closed for the present, however, with a liberty to the Petitioners.
