By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to take necessary action to strengthen and repair the K.R.P Sub Canal situated adjacent to the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.103, 104 and 105 at Gundalam Patti-1 Village, Krishnagiri District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2026.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 17.03.2026 to the respondents seeking to take necessary action to strengthen and repair the K.R.P Sub Canal situated adjacent to the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.103, 104 and 105 at Gundalam Patti-1 Village, Krishnagiri District, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2026 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
