This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six weeks in the above Crl.O.P.No.2973 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner and his family are residing at Sivagangai, he is not able to stay at Tiuvannamalai. He would also submit that he is ready to report before the Sivagangai Police Station. Hence, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Town Police Station, Sivagangai daily at 10.30 1/3

a.m. for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 2973 of 2023 vide order dated 14.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 22.06.2023 rpp 2/3
