PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondents for the willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28480 of 2017 dated 05.11.2019.

ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 05.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.28480 of 2017.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court has been complied on 14.12.2020 and the petitioner's service was regularized with effect from 01.12.2014, the disobedience 2/3

alleged may not be termed as willful. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against any portion of the compliance order 14.12.2020, liberty is hereby granted to her for challenging the same in accordance with law.
