This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6149 of in Crl.O.P.No.7236 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.6149 of in Crl.O.P.No.7236 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
